Why you think being out is important
Any LB woman has to battle for equality on at least two fronts. If I can play even a small part in encouraging other women to confidently be who they are at work, and in life, then I’ll be happy. I am fortunate to be backed by supportive colleagues and clients, but not everyone is in a similar situation, and I want to play my part in helping to promote the value that LB women bring to the workplace and society.
